At THÜMA, the word 'service' even appears in the company name. This imposes an obligation, of course – an obligation to provide expert services which, for example, do not necessarily end with the commissioning of a THÜMA system.

Regular maintenance ensures a high level of process safety and reliability. Worn or broken parts can be replaced, often without any time delay. Expensive repairs and down times are a rarity. If ever the wheels do grind to a halt, a selection of repair replacement equipment and hire equipment means that down times for THÜMA customers are minimal.
